    Another high quality product from NutraChamps. Ceylon Cinnamon has always been on my radar due to the anti-inflammatory effects, along with antioxidant and antimicrobial. I've been taking this product for about 4 weeks now. I take 2 capsules after a workout with my sports shake and I'm good to go. So far so good as I haven't had any issues. Ceylon Cinnamon often comes with gradual benefits, so I will report back in a month or two. All good so far!!
