Love love love this company.

The flavor is awesome the kids and I love it . You definitely get a superb amount for the money you spend a month with this company. I would love to see bigger bottles like a bulk bottle. Because even if it does cost a little more it would last a little longer for that mom or dad whose money has to stretch a little bit longer. My children fall asleep so fast after taking the gummies. They take them before bath time and once they come out of the bath and dress in pajamas and get cozy in bed I don't get past the first page in their favorite story book. Which makes it very easy for parents to go to work if they work at night and bring the baby sitter in so they don't have much work to do. I am so glad I found this company. I have tried many other company and either they work well but taste horrible or they taste great and don't work at all.

Sometimes less is more.

Both John Hopkins and the Mayo Clinic support the use of this supplement. 1-3 mg is a good start dose, but since these gummies are 5mg each, you should only need one to fall and stay asleep and get restful rem sleep. I wake refreshed and not groggy. After 3 months, I’m hoping my body will no longer need the supplement.
