This is another to add to my collection of NutraChamps vitas. IT helps with "release" and feeling much "lighter" if you know what I mean. Talk about roto roota in a capsule. The morning of day 2 watch out. At least that's how fast it worked for me. Very positive results. Make sure you drink plenty of water during this cleanse and pray you don't get stuck in traffic during your morning commute. All joking aside though this product works as well as described. I will definitely use it again when I'm ready for another cleanse!
