Excellent nutritional benefits - taste is decent

I have been working with a fitness coach who has helped me with my diet. I have not been eating enough greens so I'm trying to include it in all of my meals. Breakfast is a challenge because I can only eat so many egg white/spinach omelets so I bought the Super Greens Powder Premium Superfood as an alternative. The first time I tried it I mixed it with water. The flavor is okay - it tastes very 'earthy.' However, the benefits far outweigh the taste. I am able to get much more nutrients than with a couple cups of leafy greens. I mix the powder with juice and water which is much more palatable than with water alone. For those of you who don't eat enough greens, I highly recommend this product.

great taste

Having tried some competing products, I can safely say this is the only one I recommend based on taste. I actually enjoy this one just mixed in water. You'll want to use a blender or a shaker with one of those whisk balls like you would with most of these types of products. Buy this one because healthy habits are easier to maintain then they are pleasant rather than revolting.

Very convenient

As I teacher, I find this product to be extremely helpful for when I am constantly on the go. I don't usually have the time to sit and eat a yogurt to get my probiotics, and kombucha can be expensive. I like that I can mix this with water and go!
