Program description: When opting in to receive SMS messages from NutraChamps via the sign-up form on the footer of nutrachamps.com (the website), the popup window, the checkout page, the order confirmation page, or any other SMS opt-in point, you are agreeing to receive both order-related updates for any current and future orders from nutrachamps.com, as well as promotional messages from NutraChamps on an ongoing basis.
Order status messages may contain information regarding your order, such as tracking information for your parcel, ship status, or payment status, among others. These messages are not for marketing purposes, and will not contain any promotional materials.
Marketing SMS messages will contain information about promotions on the website, including product discounts, sitewide sales, and any other promotions for NutraChamps products or services.
Frequency: The frequency of order status update SMS messages received is proportional to the number of orders the customer places on the website. A fixed number of order status updates will be sent for each individual order placed on the website, typically not in excess of 3 SMS messages per order. In the case of any issues requiring assistance from the NutraChamps support team, some additional messages may be sent as updates, such as confirmation of refunds or tracking information for replacement parcels. Since these cases are unusual and unique to the situation and individual customer, they cannot be accurately estimated.
The frequency of marketing SMS messages received is likewise proportional to the number of promotional events taking place in any given time period. Per each individual promotional event, the customer can expect to receive no more than 5 separate promotional messages. In time periods containing a higher number of promotional events, the customer can expect to receive a higher number of marketing messages in relation to those promotions, and conversely for a period with fewer promotional events.
Opt-out: You can completely opt out of the SMS service at any time. Simply go to the SMS conversation with NutraChamps and message “STOP”. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, our system will automatically send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been completely unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us, either order updates or promotional messages. If you want to opt in to receive messages via SMS again, you can sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again, OR send another message to NutraChamps with the message “START”. If you are unable to do so or are having difficulties, our support team will be happy to assist you.
